You're invited to the 2nd Annual EBLP Whitewater Rafting Adventure!

The EBLP is planning to hold its second annual Whitewater Rafting
Adventure on Memorial Day weekend, May 27 and 28, 2006 on the Cache
Canyon River in Yolo County. Last year's event was a huge success and
we're excited about doing it again. This time, we'd also like to invite
all our Libertarian friends in the surrounding counties to join us for
fun, sun, food and all the thrills you can handle.

If you've never gone whitewater rafting, this is the best place to
start. Cache Canyon is a Class 3 river, meaning it is perfect for
first-timers. While you *will* get wet and your heart *will* pound in
your chest as you glide over the rapids, this is in no way a dangerous
area and the tour operators are experts in this field, ever alert to
your location and always available to provide any help for those in need
of assistance.

The cost for this event is only $50 per person. We need two people per
raft, so we have to have an even number of adventurers. You can either
come up on Saturday, May 27 and camp overnight with us, or join us on
Sunday morning, May 28, at 9:00 a.m. to get into the water and
experience the pleasure of nature.

For those who prefer not to rough it in the wilderness, our campground
is only about 15 minutes away from the Cache Creek Casino Resort, so if
you prefer, you can spend Saturday night at a luxury hotel, play the
games you enjoy, and then join us on the river in the morning. Making
reservations for your hotel room as far in advance as possible
is highly recommended.

You should also note that the Cache Creek Casino is an oasis of freedom
in Northern California, and as long as you are on the casino property,
you are living in a tax free zone! Step into a sovereign nation for a
while and enjoy a land without taxes!
