We at LPSF often talk about the use of language, and how words we use can place or remove actual perspectives from the general public's mind. Starchild is fond of correcting us whenever we say "public" schools instead of government schools, or "marketing" the LPSF instead of conducting "outreach" for the LPSF.
I have had some language suggestions also, such as quit trying to sell "liberty" when nobody knows what you mean by that. Instead sell specific strategies while explaining how those strategies can improve whatever challenge is being addressed.
Sally of Bay Area Patriots has what I think is a good article on language in the American Thinker. The article also mentions aversion for "group think," which unfortunately translates into inefficiencies in communication. I agree with Sally on that one 100%. Very difficult for folks like Libertarians to separate what is mindless group think and what is efficient concerted effort.
