Hey Ron,

We could debate till 2015 whether Badnarik is or is not a politician.
However, doing so would obscure my important point, which was in
response to your comment about the SF Stupidvisors.

I don't think you would disagree with the obvious truth that the
Stupidvisors are Politicians.

Best, Michael

Dear Dr. Mike,

No - no - no - say it isn't so. Our Stupidvisors are POLITICIANS???!!! Another myth shattered like a broken mirror with glistening shards strewn across the landscape of the soul.

It's like finding out Santa Claus ain't who he really is and finding out what goes on between Santa and them reindeer during the off-season. And finding out the chocolate Easter Bunny is hollow inside not solid chocolate!!!

Oh the horror of it all. Of course, our Stupidvisors are the manifestation of the ones who voted for their election. The City got what it deserved - self-serving stupidity.

There was also a nice anti-Stupidvisors OP-ED article in The Chronicle yesterday. It was about how short-sighted they really are. It makes some nice points about their lack of vision for improving The City business economy and the consequences.

P.S. Right you are. Debating Badnarik vis a vis politician or not could go on forever. But you have to admit to decide to run for the nomination to be the party Presidential candidate is a political decision. And then running for the Presidency of the USA is even more of a political decision. It comes with the territory and there's no escaping it.

I went to my tenth college reunion a few weeks ago. I attended a seminar
on the upcoming presidential election. One speaker asked all the lawyers
in the room to raise their hands... and then all the politicians.

I felt very unclean.
