Somebody at the DNC watched the movie Chinatown?
Huh? The film from 1974 by Roman Polanski with Jack Nicholson? What is the connection?
This story originates with Fox News, which publishes two, slightly different, versions, and does not appear to be voter fraud:

Absentee ballots went out 2 weeks ago. If someone registered 90 people at one address, they would have received the ballots long before now.
Fox news says a person with the exact same name as one addressee lives in the same city, San Pedro, and already voted from her usual address.
The Registrar of Voters would cover for an outsider registering fake voters. But a corrupt ROV would not need to do this to rig the election.
If the ROV did lie and these were real registrations, the candidates from both parties get the voter lists and would be speaking out immediately.
The stories contradict each other. One says the men never talked to the widow and the other says the three worked together to return the ballots.
