I attended this last fall and found it very informative. I'd recommend it
for any Libertarian who is interested in running for office or helping to
manage a campaign.
Unfortunately, the Victory Fund is run by partisan Democrats (despite what
they say in their literature for tax purposes), so "out" Libertarians
won't ever get any of their funding.
Regardless, Victory Foundation workshops are open to third party
candidates, and I think both of the non-Democrats at the last training
(myself and a Green) learned a lot of the two-party system's "secrets to
