The US House of Reps overwhelmingly passed a law H.R. 5013, introduced by Rep. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, would amend federal emergency statutes to prohibit federal, state and local authorities from confiscating lawfully owned firearms during states of emergency.
No more jack-booted storm troopers going around seizing lawfully owned guns from people and then walking away leaving people defenseless against criminals during an emergency.
