Hi All! There's another Top Two hearing in Oakland tomorrow morning (June 10) in the ongoing lawsuit against Prop 14, which essentially disenfranchised all third parties in California. Richard Winger needs a show of support in the courtroom tomorrow--as many bodies as possible. If you can, please show up in court tomorrow at 1221 Oak Street in Courtroom #16 at 9:00 AM. He has no idea which case could come up first, so it could take a few hours, or it could be the first case and be over in less than hour. The court is easily accessible by BART--you exit at the Lake Merritt station. Richard has been fighting this case for us for years--please try to support his efforts now.
