Thanks Nick….right now Richard is offering to do most of what is needed. A big part of the project is getting me up to speed with the technicalities so that I’m fluent when asked. I’ll share the details when I have them organized.

While you guys are at the Library today, could someone please get me a hardcopy of the Ballot Handbook that has a real sample ballot.

By the way, this attached Warning was focusing on School Bonds but the law pertains to ALL Bonds. There weren’t any school bonds on the SF ballot in this election.

In going over the text of Prop A, Richard says it appears they were seriously in violation of the law….starting right at the beginning in waiving the 75 word requirement per STATE LAW. And the entire language of the measure was promotional in nature or outright lies.

Hang on to the Prop A promotional flyers. We don't need them right now but will later.

We need to get a lot of information now like when the election was ratified, who the attorney was that wrote up the proposition, by what law did they have the right to waive the 75 word ballot statement etc.... And more.
