[Time Sensitive] Huge Victory in Prosecution of Election Contests

LPSF

Those who have followed my activities know I challenged a number of SF Bond Initiatives as they were in violation of election rules. None of my hearings were conducted according to CA Election Challenge rules. See my blog below.

Good news…a case was filed in San Mateo and the court heard the case using CA Election Contest rules. So now we have a precedent.

There is still time to challenge SF bond election outcomes using these rules. But we have to act fast.

I would do it myself but am taking care of my 94 year old mother in Wisconsin. If interested in doing this, I can tell you Richard Michael will do most of the work. You will just have to be a resident of SF and sign the paperwork. It would be better if you want to get more actively involved but it might not be necessary.

Please let me know if interested in getting involved. Happy to answer any questions. See info below.

Teleconference (Not Zoom) Instructions and More Details:

Utility: Measure List (Please distribute this exact link widely.)

Something important has happened that you should know about.

It’s made some news, but not enough.

A member had a trial on a school bond election contest on April 18, 2023.

This is likely the first time an election contest has been tried according to the rules in the history of California. In other words, the court followed the law in Division 16 of the Elections Code.

It’s not over, yet. The judge could further violate the canons of ethics for judges.

There were 320 local measures (including 71 school bonds) in 42 counties that passed on November 8, 2022.

Why is this important? Because there are different judges in every county and different divisions of the courts of appeal.

The statute of limitations for election contests will run on all of these measure over the next 8 to 10 weeks.

Please forward to the link (above) to every person you know in California.

P.S. If you know the current e-mail address or cell number for any member of a county central committee or of a local taxpayer association, please reply or text to 909-378-5401.

Thanks for the update Mike, that does sound like good news. I’m potentially interested, although I’ve been dealing with some unpleasant family legal issues of my own recently (related to my mother, who is also elderly and in poor health). Please call me at your convenience to discuss. I didn’t know you were in Wisconsin. Is that where you’re from, or just where your mom lives?

Love & Liberty,
