TheMaskMap.com website

Sad that it’s come to this, but it is useful in this era of civil liberties infringements to be able to be able to go somewhere to see which businesses and facilities are willing to let people make their own choices about masking.

Anyway, just wanted to offer a couple quick suggestions for making TheMaskMap.com even better…

A bit more detail in the listings of places that do require masks could further improve the site’s utility. For instance, does a business simply have signs posted about masking which may be safely ignored without incident, or are they behaving like petty health nazis with staff actively policing people and demanding they mask up?

Have you considered also providing some information about the science of masking? The Swiss Policy Research site (Are Face Masks Effective? The Evidence. – Swiss Policy Research) is one good resource on this. Publishing the Mask Accountability Form (attached below) for people to download and print would be great too. Maybe noting places where personnel have signed or refused to sign it?

Here’s a good one….

From Diana Cook:

Did you hear about the peer-reviewed study done by Stanford University that demonstrates beyond a reasonable doubt that face masks have absolutely zero chance of preventing the spread of Covid-19? No? It was posted on the the National Center for Biotechnological Informationhttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7680614/ government website. The NCBI is a branch of the National Institute for Health, so one would think such a study would be widely reported by mainstream media and embraced by the “science-loving” folks in Big Tech.

Instead, a DuckDuckGo search reveals it was picked up by ZERO mainstream media outlets and Big Tech tyrants will suspend people who post it, as political strategist Steve Corteshttps://twitter.com/CortesSteve learned the hard way when he posted a Tweet that went against the face mask narrative. The Tweet itself featured a quote and a link that prompted Twitter to suspend his account, potentially indefinitely.

He was quoting directly from the NCBI publication of the study. The government website he linked tohttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7680614/ features a peer-reviewed study by Stanford University’s Baruch Vainshelboim. In it, he cited 67 scholars, doctors, scientists, and other studies to support his conclusions.

Thanks, Mike. Someone from the site got back to me with this brief but somewhat encouraging response:

Thank you for reaching out!

I will be sure to pass your suggestions along to the development team to review :+1:

Have a great day!
