Dear Everyone;
For those of you who may be regular Muni commuters I forward this message.
The original message was sent on Feb. 1 reporting on the severe number of missing bus runs on the morning Balboa Express bus during the month of January. The service was missing exactly 60% of the time. A City initiative which passed called for 70% on time.
The Muni finally responded today and as the saying goes better late than never.
My only concern is if the number "204780" is the number of complaints responded to - to date - the Muni is in really bad shape???
