The Chris Daly ban the handguns ban has come back to really bite SF taxpayers.
A small blurb in the newspapers puts the tab to be paid to the NRA attorneys at $380,000 AND City Attorney Dennis Herrera states he spent $200,000 in court costs.
Nice $580,000 kick in the teeth for taxpayers from Chris Daly's stupidity and the other three supervisors who snuck the measure on the ballot at the last minute filing deadline for supervisors initiatives.
