Subject: Your oath to defend the Constitution and Liberty Coins
To the US Attorney Holding of the Eastern District of North Carolina
If you have evidence that Liberty coins is cheating on it's stated
weights and purity, only then do you have Constitutional authority to
act. Congress is given the responsibility to regulate the value of
coins which gives Congress the power to enforce the stated purity of
all coins, foreign and domestic in relation to weights and standards.
Remember, you have sworn to obey , protect , and defend the
Constitution.
Congress is not given the exclusive right to coin money, and thus
the right remains with the people in accordance with the clear
language of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.
Congress is given the responsibility to regulate the value of coins,
and this is clearly a responsibility to enforce the
stated purity of all coins, foreign and domestic in relation to
weights and standards.
If you have evidence that Liberty coins is cheating on it's stated
weights and purity, only then do you have Constitutional authority to act.
If there is any integrity left in the courts ,you will lose when the
case against Liberty Coins is brought to trial,
Your treatment of Liberty Coin, it's operators and customers and
it's property was uncivil. This is a matter for the courts, not for
violence against the persons and property of Liberty Coin.
Did you consider the Constitution and your oath to it when you
ordered the raid on Liberty coin?.
Please do not hide behind the Judge who you convinced to issue a
warrant. You have an oath to uphold the Constitution.
This action is a stain on the reputation of the Republican party as
the party that supports the Constitution, and the property rights of
the people.
Senator Barry Goldwater and President Ronald Reagan would be ashamed
of this action.
If this action was taken in the name of terrorism, remember that
Ronald Reagan was fond of repeating Ben Franklin's admonition that the
nation that sacrifices Liberty for Security will have neither, and
deserves neither.
Is it possible that in this matter you have literally sacrificed
"Liberty" for security?
Are we going to be cowards before Osama and allow fear to overwhelm
our love of Liberty?
