I sent this to the Judge:
Dear Judge Gray,
I wish to commend you for advancing a marijuana initiative for the
California ballot.
However, I strongly urge you to revise the title and exclude the words
"tax" and "regulate". The rights' violations they represent are
offensive to many libertarians. Their inclusion as part of the title
is likely to dampen our enthusiasm for supporting the initiative.
