Do visit the "LPNY Clearinghouse for Petitioners," which is a forum where petitioners (or even armchair petitioners) can connect with "HQ" and learn who and where you'll need to submit your completed petitioning forms, as well as get updated feedbacks on how many signatures have been currently procured or submitted. You can also provide your own feedbacks about your petitioning experiences, and other things, but you must register first.
