I'm adding this to the agenda for our August 9 meeting.

Rob,

  I believe this is the so-called "Clean Energy Act." If so, I
strongly recommend that anyone who wants to stop this, take the time
to attend the Ballot Simplification Committee meeting tomorrow, when
they will be discussing what language to use to describe that measure
to the voters (see agenda details below).

Agreed but just trying to provide a framework from which we play the
