Despite the news hysteria, my school chum attorney friends & I, at this point, imagine I may come out on top of this. Burgermeißter Lurie’s presence on stage at the time suggests the police action took place – if not at his behest at the City’s “top cop” – with his partial or fully informed awareness. Ultimately, I found the event auspicious given activist Joan Baez’s presence & the weekend holiday for my namesake MLKjr.

Predictedly, the mainstream news interview article neglected to highlight the irrefutable fact ( which I repeatedly confirmed to reporter George Kelly in our 30min+ call Friday ), recorded on police body worn cameras, that SPParks Head Ranger Antoine Fisher was both out-of-line, after SFPD/SFSD were recruited & in control of the situation, & conspicuously used excessive force to briefly put a bullying strangulation choke hold on my neck before the spittle incident. The spittle incident was the only factor which gave SFDP/SFSD officers license to subdue me & make a “cuffing” arrest ( incl Miranda warning ); before that, police were not permitted to detain or touch me, or WNBRist friends, peacefully promoting our upcoming events/calendar – while nude among an overwhelming nudist-friendly merry & untroubled, if not stoned, band of Deadheads including my childhood mentor, & Nudist, Joan Baez taking the stage, albeit clothed & sober, soon afterwards.
