These transcripts were published four years ago, and probably used against Clinton in the 2016 election. I followed the links and read the actual transcripts, anyway. They show Clinton unaware of what happened on the night of the incident, and learning that it was an AlQueda attack sometime the following day. The title is simply a lie.
