As usual, city government is trying to nickle-and-dime people and soak out every last bit of revenue, by charging for stuff that used to be free, without refunding any money to the taxpayers. We the people should send them a clear message that this is unacceptable. The fee for out-of-town visitors to see the Arboretum in Golden Gate Park went from zero to $7. Next step will be to start charging local residents too.
