Dear All;

William Boetcker a Presbyterian minister said this in 1916 about Congress and the tax codes. He was right back then and he is right today. This is how a you don't run a country but run a country into the ground.

away men's initiative and independence.

You cannot help men
permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for
themselves.
