shopping centers

Ron, The point I lamely tried to make is that public accomadation laws are enshrined in the legal traditions of the common law which is protected by the Constitution. As public accomadations, shopping centers are subject to the legal traditions of common law,

Personally, it is my opinion that puublic accomadation laws are an important of our tradition, and a reasonable exception to the sanctity of private property, especially when they are used to ensure equality under the law, and freedom of expression, especially for political speach.

Reasonable people may disagree.
