What happens if the legislation is passed and people do not turn their guns in? Is Daly going to send > the police around house by house collecting guns???
Collecting guns door-to-door seems unlikely.
More likely: jailing anyone who used a gun to defend themself against attack.

Does that also include defending yourself against the Polizei - Gestapo when they come to get you after you have defended yourself in your home from a murderer, robber, rapist???
