When I attended high school we were told to read the chapter and do the questions at the end. If we needed help we were encouraged to seek assistance from other students. Yeah I turned out find finishing at 15, but why did it cost so much. Plus I'd learned everything in Jr. High and at home. Had My mother had to foot the bill (in lieu of paying taxes) I would have ended up in military school the way I wanted.
As for ridding the Dept of Ed. We have to have a Boston tea party leading to a revolution and blood would be shared before the entitlist relinguish their boon dogggle.
