Selzer and LibAlt

I'm absolutely gutted to hear of Mark's ousting from the party. Clearly he has been one of
our most effective contributors to the LP in California and nationwide. I hope that we will
hear from him, and I especially hope amends can be made.

On a related note, I believe the last airing of LibAlt on our local cable access channel was
fresh content. If so, I'd like to thank whomever arranged for acquiring new tapes.

To help widen the audience for the Libertarian Alternative beyond the
limited scope of public access television, I have made Bittorrent files
of two episodes of the show that I'd like to see spread far and wide. I
have posted links to them on two torrent tracking sites, but I need more
people to seed the files to make them easier to obtain. Bittorrent
works best when there are lots of computers seeding the file, so
everyone who wants it downloads pieces from all the peers who have the
file. The more peers sharing the file, the faster you can obtain it.
The files I've made into torrents include the two-part interview with
Nathaniel Branden. It's not difficult and doesn't take long to make a
torrent, so I would like to convert our entire library of LibAlt
episodes to this format over the next couple of months.

If the LPSF would like to post these torrents on their website, it would
be most helpful. We will be uploading them to the EBLP site soon. I
had hoped to have them posted on the LPC website as well, but since the
"purging," all references to Mark Selzer have been removed from the site
within 24 hours of the vote, and I doubt these documents would be
welcomed there.

Now what totalitarian regime used to doctor photographs of purged
comrades from official records and re-write history to erase the memory
of the existence of these traitors? I'm afraid many of our membership
may be too young to remember the answer to this question, or didn't
learn about this part of history in the public schools.
