Bob and I just called the the 3 members of the State Senate Judiciary Committee because tomorrow, April 25th, they are voting on McClintock's anti-emient domain bill. Last year, these 3 voted against it so it didn't get out of committee. If you get this e-mail in time you might want to call them. Of course, just because it gets out of committee, doesn't mean that it will pass the full Senate so we need to keep working on getting signatures for our petition at www.LimitEminentDomain.org There'a one week left!!!
Bob found that the best place is the neighborhood gas station. He spends a couple of hours and gets 35 - 40 signatures. The people have nothing to do but listen (and sign) while they're waiting for their gas tank to fill.
