I'm afraid I can't see your jpg attachments.
From their "Good news, Bad news" descriptions, they seem like interesting jpgs.
Can I trouble you to post them in the "Files" area at the left? You could make a new folder there and add your attachments.

Um, well, that is just as well because, ahem, I learned later it is a hoax. The fire and pictures were real but the "rules" narrative was made up and added later. Usually I check things out first but I didn't because this one came to me from a (usually) reliable source.
So please consider this my retraction. Sorry.
