Ronald Reagan... Philip Berg...Michael Badnarik

That's correct Steve...and don't forget the war on drugs. We have Nancy
Reagan to thank for that. Reagan talked a good Libertarian and
Constitutional game but he failed in practice and left Young Republicans
like me cynical about the party. Thankfully the Libertarians were there
when I needed them.

By the way, with all due respect and appreciation for Phillip Berg, I'm
afraid the 11K signatures is an overwhelmingly formidable task. I wish
it weren't as our statist congress-critter Pelosi recently voted FOR a
constitutional amendment that would allow for APPOINTED members of House
in the event of an EMERGENCY. How's that for Democratic process?
Fortunately, the U.S. House overwhelmingly defeated the proposed
constitutional amendment (H.J. Res. 83). The vote was 63 "yeas" to 353
"nays." See the scum she voted with on this abomination.

I suggest we all call her office to express our extreme displeasure with
her position.

Also, I will be at the Pride monitor training on either Jun 14 Mon if I
get the time announcement or at the Xenodrome, 1320 Potrero Street (at
25th) or Jun 15 Tue 7:00 PM Citadel, 245 8th Street (between Howard and
Folsom) if anyone wants to join me.

I called PRI and talked to their media and events coordinator Susan
Martin. I told he Michael Badnarik would be in town June 25,26 and 27th.
She is investigating their schedule and seeing what can be done.
