ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA-Rising Republican presidential contender and Texas congressman Ron Paul is the first 2008 candidate to accept an invitation from Techpresident.com, in association with the New York Times and MSNBC, to participate in their new Web 2.0 voter education project, 10Questions. The program provides a forum for Internet users to ask video questions to the presidential candidates, which will then be voted upon by the other users. The top 10 questions will be presented to the candidates, who will then record and post their video replies. Users will then vote if the candidates each actually answered the questions, allowing the viewers to rate the responses.

"Congressman Paul is proud to be the first candidate to accept the invitation to participate in 10 Questions," said Paul campaign spokesman Jesse Benton. "The Ron Paul 2008 campaign continues to work with the top leaders in political web 2.0 technology in this history-making election cycle."
