Dear travelers,
We have reluctantly sued the city of San Francisco asking for an injunction to prevent the city from enforcing a new ordinance. This recently passed regulation prohibits anyone with a second home from renting out their property while allowing the short-term rentals of primary homes.
We believe this is more than just bad policy—it’s also discriminatory, and we feel a duty to oppose it on behalf of the short-term rental industry and you, our customers. If copied by other cities, rules like this significantly change the short-term rental industry we all love.
An online petition has been created to gather the support of the short-term rental community. We would love for you to stand with us for the Right to Rent. You can sign the petition here.
