Although the campaign did not trumpet it, by far the most sensational part of what follows, in my opinion, is this: Thirty-six percent of respondents said America is becoming a police state! And an additional 17% said they were not sure!
Let that sink in for a moment: A majority of Americans either think the U.S. is becoming a police state, or aren't sure whether or not it's happening. This should be the top story on the evening news!!!
