Thanks for the reminder and forwarding the report. I think I did
order a book on Amazon via LPSF during the past quarter year, but the
email below only appears to refer to purchases from September 2009.
Could their statement that "If you opted to receive payment by check,
we'd like to remind you that the minimum referral fee threshold is
$100" have anything to do with it?
