Well, first I guess would be reaching agreement on the general thesis as articulated by Nick Gillespie – that the GOP's alienation of blacks and Hispanics and immigrants has been accomplished by Republicans not opposing racism, and pushing anti-immigrant, law-and-order policies.
Then the question becomes how can we at the local level avoid making similar mistakes.
