McKenna Theater (a seating capacity of 700), we would like to hold the mayoral forum at Jack
Adams Hall (seating capacity of 450) in order to hold a sort of elections
fair (meet and greet) prior to the formal event in the student center where Jack Adams Hall is located.
Please let me know which of the following times would work out for you and I will do my best to schedule the most appropriate time to ensure maximum student participation at what is sure to be an outstanding event:
Monday, Oct. 27 My part is at 2PM event starts at noon.
The fair would work best on Monday, Oct. 27 due to the daytime availability.
