RE: [lpsf-discuss] Gary North of Lew Rockwell: An Excerpt - Some Problems With School

Ronald-

Dear Goddess, I am shocked to find I agree with this total bastard, for the most part.

I think that he forgets or ignores that sometimes the market penalizes quality because the people in it are irrational, and that the best hobbies... philosophy, for instance... don't pay at all. Rand made the distinction between "philsophically objective" and "socially objective" value. The state's of course worse, but the market is only as good as the people who compose it.

But you're right. I'm a businessperson, and following his model nearly exactly. LOL!!!

Well, back to staying up all hours of the night, hard at work, building my business.

Q: is their such a thing as a "Pagan work ethic"?

Dear Jeanie;

A Pagan work ethic! Of Course! The " Druids Wiccans Shamanists Voodooists United For Profits " meeting is open to all. A really great group of Covenists! But sometimes those Satanists can be devilish. Pagan Power For All!

For more on these groups please see the Yahoo web directory:
