Most people don't say "voice-communication network". They just talk about phone calls. If that's what you mean. But I'm not sure if that's what you mean, because you talk as if what you say is self-explanatory and don't provide more details, even when several of us tell you we don't understand.

P.S. - Regarding your other recent thread, I don't have a car, so I personally would not be likely to come to a mixer in Sausalito unless someone were driving up from the city, but if someone were driving I might often be able to go.
