Hi Mike,

Yep, "suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune...or take
arms against a sea of troubles..." After Portland, I am afraid to
look at the proposed Bylaws. But I will, and maybe it will not be as
bad as I fear. Thanks for the reminder, Mike.

P.S. Everybody start saving for the California convention.

The LPC Bylaws Committee met recently. If you want to have a voice,
please look over their work and make comments to M. Carling --

LP County Oranizations:

The LPC Bylaws Committee met last Saturday at the LPC office and
considered the proposals we had received. Those which have the
support of the committee are shown in the attached draft report.
Please submit any suggestions, corrections, criticisms, etc. so that
we may consider them before we meet again, probably in late February
or early March, to adopt a final report.
