Dear Commissioners,
During his somewhat startling testimony to you on November 18, 2025, the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee’s Patrick Wolff offered some excellent points of advice to the School Board, mentioning among them the always important issue of transparency.
But going online to learn more, I discover that the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee’s district website page (SFUSD Bond Program Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) | SFUSD) lists no contact information (email addresses, phone numbers) for him or for the other members of the committee.
Also, the website lists only CBOC meetings that have already happened:
There is no date, time or location listed, nor any agenda posted, for any upcoming meeting.
This is not transparency. Who is responsible?
I would copy Commissioner Wolff and the other members of the Citizen Bond Oversight Committee on this message, but not having their contact information, I cannot do so.
Who will send it to me?
I look forward to hearing the thoughts of each of you.

P.S. – I realize that some of you receiving this message are no longer on the board or with the district, yet your names and email addresses are still listed on a roster linked from the department website (thought you’d like to know):
And yet when you go to the page for current members of the Board of Education (Board of Education | SFUSD), there is no roster of current members listing their names and phone numbers. To email them as a group, you have to either click on their names one at a time to get their email addresses, or to reach them as a group, email board@sfusd.edu mailto:board@sfusd.edu – and who knows where or with whom emails sent to that address with no name end up in practice, or when they are seen.

P.P.P.S. – The cameras pointed at commissioners during Board of Education meetings are not capturing their nameplates, so many people watching video of the meeting won’t know who is speaking.
