Great idea, Bruce! As an alternative suggestion, I would like to invite
everyone on this list to the East Bay Libertarian Parties annual Wine and
Liberty festival in Castro Valley on Sunday afternoon, October 7, 2007.
Join us at the lovely Westover Winery on Palomares Road in the Livermore
Valley Wine Country for food, fun, and friendly conversation.
I would also offer use of my hot tub, but it is located in San Leandro, and
is very difficult to move. Come by my place after the party to relax there.

Thanks, Terry, both for announcing the Wine and Liberty festival and for the invite to an after-party at your place! 8) Please do send details when you have them. If there will be candidates speaking at the winery again, I would be happy and honored to speak on behalf of Ron Paul if desired.
Having a speaker for the Paul campaign would give us a good reason to announce the event to the various Ron Paul Meetup groups, and hopefully get some folks from those lists to turn out to hear the LP candidates as well. According to the group coordinator Stephanie Burns at our Meetup last week, the San Francisco Ron Paul Meetup group alone has 236 members! (The LPSF-discuss list, by contrast, has around 82, the EBLP-discuss list somewhat fewer I think.)
