Public health aspect of homeless encampments

Contrary to Starchild’s negative response to my comment that homeless encampments were public health dangers note the phrase:
“and clean out encampments that are often overrun with trash, feces and remnants of intravenous drug use”.

One of the few legitimate functions of governement is to protect law-abiding citizens. If they can’t do it, my hose and lye are just self-defense.
