Van Nguyen is being persecuted for not paying taxes that he was not legally allowed to pay. Outrageous!
The DEA is blatantly ignoring the Obama administration's Justice Department's stated hands-off policy on medical cannabis in states where it is legal. They need to be pressured to back off, and Attorney General Eric Holder and President Obama need to be pressured to make them back off.
