Proposition C opposition

Phil & Jawg,

I know there are no costs or liabilities *now*. But here's one
scenario -- Common Cause misses their filing deadline to request an
injunction, and they go back and talk among themselves. "What are our
options at this point?" "Basically none, unless we want to file a
lawsuit." "Hmm..."

I'm not saying we should back down, only that we should go in with our
eyes open. I'm taking your word and Jawg's that a reasonable person
could not find sufficient evidence to rule our argument false or
misleading -- that is the educated opinion of both of you, having read
and analyzed Proposition C, correct?

Yours in liberty,
        <<< Starchild >>>

Starchild, there are no csdts and no legal liabilties at this point in
time according to Jawg, as I understand our conversation, and she
certainly seems qualified to know what she is talking about. Nobody
knows better than better than I how capricious and wxpensive
litigation is, but there is no use being fearful about non wcistant
hypothetrical risks when the very friendly and dedicated expert tells
you that ther are none. Relac, don't worry, be happy.

I do think in the future the executive committee can discuss things on
this board but any decisions should be made only by conference call
with motions, seconds call the questions etc.

They don't ask for an injunction, end of story. They had thier chance
they blew it. They have no standing to make any other complaint as
theyare not an aggrieved party. What would be the damages to thwm.
Wven if they did do something absolutely nuts, courts in general don't
like that stuff, thrown out asap. Jawg would take care of that. The
legal system is crazy and out of control, but there is a method to the
madness, it serves the interest of socialist progressivism, but not
insanity or anarchy. So relax. I have read prop c int's on the web in
Pdf.Jawgs argeiement is rhetorical and possible within the law as written.
