Thank you for the links! This is an initiative that I could really
support! I have related this to some of you already, but here it goes
again: One of my clients was at one time homeless. Suddenly he saw
the light, joined some assistance programs, and is now the owner of a
successful house cleaning business. As I understand it, he also
joined a home ownership program, in which he pays the monthly mortgage
based on the net income generated by his business. This program seems
to be government related. I have not yet read the articles in your
links, so I am asking whether you have come accross such a home
ownership program, and if so, is it related to the low-income
residential projects.
