Dear Everyone;
There they go again. The latest brouhaha is over the so called huge mansions being built and property zoning to stop them. What those ding dong are ignoring are property rights and secondly government interference in a private property matter - because the government knows best.
It is very similar to eminent domain but the major difference is the taking of property WITHOUT just compensation.
