This person (or bot, as the case may be) sent an identical message to the SFBayCannabisCommunity list I run. In both groups, the person only just joined today. Seems like obvious spam. I suggest he/she/it be removed immediately, or alternately, have his/her/its email preferences switched to "individual emails", since I suspect you'll find like I did on the other list that his/her/its subscription is set to "no emails" since the only intention was to spam. (I'm not a moderator here, so I can't see that info).
