President's message: Why the Drakes Bay Oyster case matters

Thanks.
I just got off the with Cause of Action. Technically, the case against the government is excellent. It should be no suprise that the administration is violatuing the law in the use and disposition of Drakes Bay. Whether or not Johnson's continues as the operator of the otherwise mandated, sustainable use of the resource is another matter.

But the administration has bent to the corruption of science by pressure groups in league with the Park Service in a motley agenda of collectivist measures and expansion of government departments. This has proceeded behind the smoke-screen of the controversy of an oyster farmer.

Meanwhile there has been no issue about any crooked cronyism with the oyster farm. The crooked cronyism is between the environmental special interests, the park service, and the cabinet.
