I would like to publicly announce our lack of recommendation for the
mayoral runoff in response to Tom Janci's letter in today's
_Chronicle_. He is a registered Libertarian, but *not* a member, as
he claims.

I would also like to use Mike's language about better food vs. cleaner
cells.

What say you all?
