Dear Everyone;
While a low turnout had been predicted I don't believe anyone would believe it would be this low.
In my outer Richmond district precinct with some 900 registered voters by 5:30 ish when I voted some 134 votes had been fed into the recording machine. But because Democrats had two sets of voter forms to fill out the actual net according to the poll workers was about 90 - 100 voters. Maybe more will show up but I 'm not betting on it.
Normally my precinct does about at least 2/3's turnout and you have a wait in line for a booth. Not this time. A whole battalion of artillery could have been fired in the polling station and no one would have been hit - because there was no one in there to get hit!!
