The SF Examiner has an article about the Police Commission considering hiring an outisde firm to make recommendations on reorganizing the SFPD. Unfortunately, the study will take about a year - if the funds are found to hire the firm for the study.
Meanwhile - back at the ranch.....
Supervisor Mirkarimi is on a tear with legislation to re-draw police district boundaries and staff beat foot patrols.
