Yahoo restricts how many people can be directly added to a group to 10 per
day. Even though everyone on the old announcements list has received an
"invitation" to join the new announcements list, only two bothered to accept
the invitation by clicking Reply and Send. So there are still about 40 people
who are not yet on the new announcements list. I'm adding 10 a night.
