We could by flowers in bulk and go and hand them out with notes ourselves. Maybe a pair of red roses with a note(?) Anyone willing to chip in?

Giving flowers to the people waiting in line to marry is a fantastic idea! How does a pair of roses and a nice little note saying something like "Congratulations from the Libertarian Party -- defending your right to marry since 1972" sound? I'd definitely chip in.
